From Bean to Bar
When making our products, we believe that every step from bean to bar is equally important. That’s why we make sure we use only the finest organically grown Trinitario cocoa beans to make our chocolate or taking that extra time conching (stirring constantly) our chocolate to bring out the intense flavour that has become our trademark.
